Been a while since I played some dub...back in the day, dub was like the ambient side of reggae...the vocals were stripped or looped and the bass and drum was pushed to the fore...it was all about the rhythmn. Talk about music to trip out to...man.
Well, today, dub is now global...incorporating house, electronica, pop, jazz, hip-hop...

Yesterday it was wedding music (horns, violin and organ) followed by reception DJ. It got better though as that was followed by a live alt. country/alt.rock band at a friends annual hayride and bonfire party.
