I agree, an amazing guitar player, too bad most of his recordings sound as bad as his music is good. I listen to the two or three i have anyway. He's also still touring, catch him live if you have the chance!

A friend of my who's a tad more mature than I played a live concert DVD of Dick Dale and I must say I was VERY entertained and I enjoyed the music. He's before my time and I guess he never got his due but that old timer has still got a fire in his belly.

Hey!

A greats collections of her songs. I got this CD couple months ago and since than it is became one of my favorite evening listening session CD. Hmmm... I think I need to pour more merlot.

The CD sounds pretty good too. It is "original recording remastered" Not bad at all.

Man! I wish I could go back in time and see her perform live on stage with Stan Getz and the rest of the band... especially the song "The Girl From Ipanema"

Well, what can I say... a lovely girl singing lovely songs with a lovely voice... just simply lovely
