1996 with Ryuichi Sakamoto's trio. In particular I love cut 6 Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence. Sound both out there and pop at the same time. Love also Casa.

There is something about the synergy between Sinatra and Count Basie. Lots more jazzier than most Sinatra. The sis my second Sinatra-Basie album.

I agree, it is such a great circle for finding new music
I hadn't heard of Melody Gardot myself, came across her name in another thread and decided to give her a listen , I really enjoyed the album too, will probably listen to another one this evening
