Spandau Ballet - Gold: The Best of Spandau Ballet (2001)

I was never a fan of these guys back in the day, but Tidal played one of their
songs after a Tears for Fears album ended and I decided to play the entire
"hits" album. It was an ok listen while I was doing yard work today.

Nice, I always avoided Roxy Music somehow but was drawn in by a BBC documentary early last year on BBC 6 hosted by Jarvis Corker. In any case, it spurred me to purchase the boxed vinyl collection and I've enjoyed it since. I may throw this on the turntable tonight, thanks for the inspiration.

I wasn't a fan of Roxy Music when I was younger, but always kind of liked Avalon. In 2012 I saw that Amazon had "The Complete Studio Recordings" CD box set for a really good price and made an impulse buy. I played all the albums in order and really enjoyed it. Like a lot of really great bands they made a big musical transition during their career. I'll look for that documentary. Thanks for mentioning it!
