Yes, Todd is in my top 10. Among the 'best of the best' in my opinion for many reasons. Colin Newman from Wire (another favorite musician of mine) had this to say about " A Wizard, A True Star":

As well as a songwriter, Rundgren is also a great guitarist (and bass player) and a fantastic singer.
