Cool. You mentioned in the past that he was a favorite of yours. I just got all of Steve Kilbey's 35 albums from Bandcamp. He has them at 80% off this week.

Yes, Todd is in my top 10. Among the 'best of the best' in my opinion for many reasons. Colin Newman from Wire (another favorite musician of mine) had this to say about " A Wizard, A True Star":

"There is a sense that although he’s serious about the work he doesn’t take himself even slightly seriously. As well as a songwriter, Rundgren is also a great guitarist (and bass player) and a fantastic singer. He could have made a career out of any of those but chose instead to fiddle about in the studio and make something unexpected. What’s not to admire?

— Colin"

This was in a Tidal article called "Wire: 5 Albums That Changed Our Lives". It's also the first album on their list!  :thumb:

Todd played all the instruments on that album and sang all the vocals and also produced and engineered it. Quite a feat for a young man in 1973!

Thanks for the info on Steve Kilbey (Bandcamp). I will download them tomorrow. Can't beat $74 for 35 albums! I didn't know he had that many solo albums!
