What would Elvis do? If reincarnated and coming of age today as an open-eared Okie with metrobilly leanings and incorporating all the cheers, tears, jeers, fears and musical inspirations of this our modern age, his music just might sound like this.

Parker Millsap sings with bible thumping intensity about God, love, the devil and why OKlahoma is hotter than hell but it's is better than TEX-ass and jump cuts rhythms and word play to produce an impressive jamboree and a metacountry masterpiece. You have to like a guy who thanks his parents in the liner notes for the use of the garage. Highly recommended.
