While working today...listened awhile to the "Subway Series", Yanks vs Mets. Had me thinking...."New York, New York"....and old blue eyes.... [/list:u]Frank Sinatra - "Sinatra Reprise: The Very Good Years"....cd....samples....... [/list:u]
It seems to have turned out to be a Genesis morning these guys used to be really good... once upon a time
This has proven to be one of the most interesting and long-running threads here on AC, but I'd like a small favor. I'm sure it's great to post the album/disc covers of the music you're listening too, but would each person who does this also consider printing a brief description of the album too, the artist and title, or even a link to it on Amazon or somewhere else. The problem is, that some of us (meaning me for one) cannot see the album art, and if that's the only clue to the disc being heard, the message is lost on me.Thanks for your consideration and keep that great music spinning.
I wish people would give it a rating on how audiophile quality it is... whether or not it is a good album is more up for debate.
Hey!I see... I guess your internet browser does not support it. That's is sad since I consider the album cover art also an important part of the album itself. Anyway, yes if you notice I do sometime write a bit about the album I posted here and will try to do so especially for those great but obscure album and from not well know artist. And like lonewolf I will now try to link the sample from the amzon and etc for you guy whenever I can.Take care,Buddy
Actually, I use the browser most of you do, it's my eyes that have trouble with the album art. I don't want to make a big deal out of this, but as other members of the MAAC have found out, I am basically blind , and so most of those pretty pictures are lost on me. Now as for my ears...
