The hallmark of Jason Molina's career. This is the expanded 10-year anniversary edition (2013). One of my all-time favorite albums. The two discs are the same songs mostly: one disc with full band (sound similar to Crazy Horse); the other a "demo" disc of Jason recorded in his Chicago home.  Molina died in 2013 at the age of 39 as a result of chronic alcoholism. His music was dark and desolate, with high vulnerability. Powerful stuff for sure. He is sadly missed.
