Noel Gallegher's High Flying Birds...man, this is everything I've waited for since Oasis broke up. I love the other album (I won't even mention it's title, everyone who is into the band knows it. I can't steal Noel's thunder by even saying it, it would taint this post) but this is very special because there's been so much buildup to this, Noel's first-ever solo album. In a word or 2, it's brilliant.

The Pumpkins and I saw the Beachland Ballroom from the sidewalk while record shopping in Cleveland this summer. A gift from Arthur Dent

He also sent me some CDs to see if I was willing to expand my tastes beyond rock n roll and the verdict is "I'm not." So, I have some CDs I will be happy to mail to the first person to PM me with their address. The CDs are Babe Ruth First Base and Que Pasa; Brian Auger with Julie Driscol and the Trinity as well as his Oblivion Express (3 Cds). Let me know if you are interested.
