Been ages since I bought any music from Ramsey Lewis, last time was back in the early 80's... this 2004 release sounds good. There are times where I remembered why I got bored with his 'style' way back then... but overall a fine album, he can still knock off many fine notes on the keys. Time flies indeed.

I am 50/50 on this group... sometimes I get the feeling they are pretentious and other times brilliant. Saw them live couple years ago, and was not impressed, lotsa flash, no soul. This album has its moments... at times too many conflicting moments, other times too much of the same... its a head scratcher after just one listen.

I read that this is one of the discs with the now infamous Sony XCP copy protection software.

Maybe the title reflect the "malware" ?
