It's not so much the shoo-fly pie as the home-canned preserves I keep buying of the Amish when they go door to door selling things. Who knew apple-cinamon jelly and blackberry jam could be so good.

In fact, I'm taking a break from pulling my rack apart to wire in a tubed preamp for a small GTG this Saturday to have apple-cinamon jelly and Jif on Ritz crackers.

That's good eating.
