Who IS that bass player? How can he possibly hang in there? Nobody can do that. Doug Rauch is his name but that is totally beside the point.

I clicked on jazz. Allow me to return the favor. I'm bringin home albums I've had in storage I'm embarrassed to tell you how long and ran across one by Harvie Swartz/Underneath It All. Shit, man, I've never heard of any of the cats on this other than him when he was a part of Double Image whose 'Dawn' from ECM I have and positively love, but he's Jersey so I'm figuring that might ring a bell. It's fugueing terrific. I wish I could do better than obscure. But sublime is what it is.
