Proper Box Dave Brubeck.
The Proper Box series of artist is a great value. The material is mostly from the 78 rpm era,1930'1940's transcribed really well. And some from the 1950's too.
Most are in the Jazz field. .. so the recordings are a real treasure. Irreplaceable music I could not find. Or not aquire cheaply.. seeing reissues of old Jazz are expensive, and the originals out of this world expensive.
I think i have about 40 Proper Box sets. I stick a set in the Cd changer and just dive into the artist.
Proper Box is a british company, but i found them on Amazon.
