Abraham Laboriel: Dear Friends (1993)

Arguably 1 of the best versatile bassist in the world, here's some long playing samples from his debut album. Some good tight bass in this one bass lovers.  :D

Procal Harum
Exotic Birds And Fruit

ON CD

Exotic Birds And Fruit was recorded during the winter of 1973 / 74 at AIR Studios at a period in British history when a three–day working week was imposed. A studio generator had to be cranked into action in order to complete the album for its scheduled release in the Spring of 1974. Produced by Chris Thomas (his fifth for Procol) this album was a definite "let's get back to the rock songs album", as stated by Procol's Gary Brooker in 1974

Nice Bill 8) One of my favorite groups. Good :smoke: music from my youth. Do you have it on vinyl?

bassface....The Ray Brown Trio

Thanks for posting that Roy!  I know Ray Brown mostly from his work with The Oscar Peterson Trio but I don't have any music from his own trio.  I would say that now is a good time for me to start.  :D
