I am only about half way through but already it is shaping up to be one of the best albums I've picked up in a while. Recording quality is also pretty good. An acquitance of mine in high school is the bass player.

I can't believe it took me this long to getting around to picking it up.

CHIE AYADO/LIFE 180g LP

I can't over emphasise how impressed I am with this artist. For all you jazz lover this is a MUST HAVE. This woman just blows the likes of Dian Krall and Jacitha so far in the woods you'll forget their names ( I think Chie is a serious student of Sahara Vaughn and Ertha Kitt). Because of Chie I'm going to start listing to more Japanese jazz artist. This Chic just blows my mind. One last thing. If anyone decides to get this LP on first listen turn the album cover face down and try as you like but you will never put the face with the music coming out of your speakers.
