I'm going to use the Butler 2250's in mono mode.  I did have an Acoustic Reality EAR amp.  Sold that for the the Aragon Palladium 2k's and sold them for the Nuforce 8's(mistake...).

For some odd reason I thought you already had your Apex and couldn't figure out why you didn't post your impression.   Now I understand.
