I think this amp sold for $590 on Audiogon a week ago. Now someone's flipping it and starting bidding at $729.

It still might be an ok deal, but caveat emptor.
The Ebay seller claims he bought it from the original owner. Maybe he did. It just seems odd that 2 240/3EX amps manufactured April 23, 2005 are up for sale within a week or so....
Nope, same amp. It sure is getting around.

I've been exchanging email with the guy who's selling it and he seems like a nice guy. This could still be a good bet for someone who wants an AVA amp.
