 You'll be hard pressed to find reviews as you are accustomed to. Knowing my fellow musicians you'll get something like " These frets kick some mean ass, dude!" Now if you're lucky to be in his presence and ask him to play something that expresses his feelings about the instrument he might move you to tears. 8)

harmony-central.com has reviews, a forum, etc.

So do you play? I wish they'd bring back the musician circle here, though it didn't get much traffic.

I'm a year and a half into the guitar and am probably more obsessed with it than audio.

Hi, I think you will find that "they" might well re-open the circle if there happened to be "someone" who volunteered to facilitate it and keep it alive ;)

Harmony Central is a good starting point, although probably not the best forums. I would go there and ask about the other forums that are available. If you're interrested in bass guitar forums, I can provide several good links.
