It's possible, but it is a real bear. The two-sided tape we use practically welds the wood to the inner cabinet. It is very hard to not damage the cabinet when removing the panels. One of our guys can do it, but he's practiced for a long time and has the right tools. I think it still takes over an hour just to get the top to let loose . . .then you've got the legs. THEN to put new panels on . . . . well you really need the fixtures we use to line them up properly. Heck, IMHO cherry is the best looking anyway
