Also worth mentioning, Dennis Murphy has a really easy design for these tweeters combined with Danny's M130 woofer. It's called the "Plop in the box", and despite the unfortunate name, it looks great. Unlike most DIY designs, you don't need to do any routing and you can buy the cabinets prebuilt, so it's accessible to pretty much anyone:

I am assuming that if I use 12 ribbon tweeters in a line array design that the vertical response is not an issue and that the tweeters will see only 1/12 of the distortion that one would see? Am I correct within +/-10%

The highs in ur open baffle speakers were jaw droppingly good!

I will be doing a whole new line using them.

The higher end models will use the open baffles. All sold through stores and dealer networks.

Any chance that the new Neo8 in your upcoming LS9 will be as impressive as the Neo3?

It is equally impressive.

Only if I can find an advantage in it. Obviously it would add a lot to the cost as many more drivers will be needed.

That's what I figured. I thought the Neo3 might be a good choice for a cost-no-object version, more in line with the Epiphany, but sold as a kit.

Would a conflict of interest exist if you used the Noe3?

No, but another facture in using Neo 3's is mounting them. This makes it tough for the hobbyist.
