Hi,
does anyone have any experience with these tube amps ?
I auditioned them a while back and was quite impressed, but I'd like to hear from someone else.

thx

I have an Audio Valve headphone amp which I really liked.  Unfortunately it has developed problems (I bought it secondhand) and I haven't gotten around to packing it off to Germany for repairs.

I once owned the Assistent 20 rated 25 w per channel.  It had a wonderful tone.  Unfortunately it didn't have the oomph to drive my Tannoy DC speakers.  It was well-made and reliable.

hey windwaves:

i have heard pretty much all the audio valve stuff.i think it sounds very good myself and was thinking of getting the line.

i have had them in my system and i have listen to them in other systems as well.they give off a big soundstage and are very easy to listen to.

i really can't say anything bad about them.

i think if you do a search here you could find a few pics and a couple of things other people have said about them.

do a search in the new york audio rave or under tvyankee audio rave.

let me know what you find.

At some point may be I will also begin to spend some money and let the experiments begin  :)
