Wayne: consider this full notice that i'd love to partipate in the $450 deal for both of my sb2's -- you've just started (2 days ago?) the order for my power supplies, and are awaiting my sb2 units (as am i!). Are we at critical mass? Thanks.

We have hit the required number.

I will be adding the "package deal" to the website over the weekend.

As soon as I can figure out my new website interface, I will cancel the orders for just the power supplies, that those of you who want the package, already placed.

Maybe

I should be getting a couple of SB3 to mod this week. Once I get a chance to see exactly what will be involved in the mods, I will make the determination as to pricing.

Hi Wayne, would you be able to build a 230V, European type power supply to go with a modded SB2/3?

I am very interested in such a mod option.

Groeten,

Ferdi

All the way down on the bottom of the linked page, is an option you can choose for 120 VAC or 220/240 VAC.

The transformer can be wired either way.

On the bottom of this page are options for connectors for the 2 conductor power cord. One of them is for a WattGate IEC and Schuko/Euro connector.

I do have a transformer here that steps up the US 120 VAC to 240 VAC. I have tested the "Euro" power supplies with cables on the SB2 and all works perfectly.

Thanks Wayne!
