www.hometheaterdoc.com - I recently purchased a Butler 2250 amp and a few weeks later decided to get another to run my system dual mono. Well, Fedex Ground messed up with their delivery. I was on vacation with my wife and we waited 2 days to get the amp. They wouldn't allow Shane to just have it left at my door (I live in a gated community with a roaming guard) even though he tried they wanted a signature. Anyway, here we are waiting to sign for the thing and it doesn't show up until 2 days later.... Guess what - its damaged. Looks like it was dropped from about 5 feet - the back left of the case is pushed in ;( It was double boxed with about 4 inches between the inner and outer box. Big dent.... I called Shane and he shipped me a brand new amp that day (Friday) - Priority overnight with Sat. delivery. WOW - that was a very expensive shipment($220+). He really went above and beyond and I just wanted to let everyone know
