hey guys,

i was wondering if you had a hard time downloading this stuff.i tried to download the show and it said 6days and at work we have a couple of t1's and t3's.

it said it was something like a 4gig file.i don't know if i am doing something wrong but i sure would love to hear this recording since i have seen the dead about 300 times.

i have some great recordings and would love to hear if these are better.

so if you can help a head out, that would be great.

I've got a day to go yet, on my d/l of it. It do move slow, but the price is right if I can suffer the bandwidth.
I'm kind of hopped up to hear it myself, though I've yet to figure out how I'm gonna burn it right.
We shall see...er, uh, rather, 'we shall *listen* and see ! (or hear...)

hey josh,

what they mean is it is not a sound board.it is a recording that was done with mics in fromt of the sound board on the floor.

i have some friends that have been making these type of recordings since the 70's. some of them are pretty good and some of them suck.

but from what this guy is talking about it sounds like it should like it should kick ass.

If you haven't already, be sure to open up port 6881 (or whatever your copy of BT is configured to use) if your computer is sitting behind a firewall/router.

I Just read an Associated Press article that the Former Band members want to all Downloads from various sites

maybe do a google search for more info...Not good

More bands and live shows then you can shake a stick at. Now most of these are not audiophool qualiity but there are many soundboards. Ambient is another word for and audience recording which are very common. Many are in FLAC. Check out the band moe. for some good times. Oh yeah there are a few dead shows too

Yup, gotta love etree. So many great artists here. For folks who love live music (I expect most audiophiles are in this grouping) this is heavenly. An opportunity to keep folks in the loop for those extra special happenings. In this show:

Bob Weir comes out and plays with the New Orleans Radiators, not long after the cities' devastation. Good show....etree is a great place to get an introduction to some less than exposed bands. By the way, I've seen moe. a few times, and had fun at each event!
