I was looking over the description of your new pre-amp and pre-pro, and was curious about the volume control that you list for the pre-amp.  What exactly is your "digitally-controlled analog volume control" that steps from +31.5dB to –95.5dB in 0.5dB increments?

Are you using the same volume control on the pre-pro?

Instead of using a DAC accepting the volume_data, and changing gain, a digitally controlled analog volume control decodes the volume_data and use multiplexing to switch a resistor ladder for volume attenuation.
