For a recording room, I'd agree.  I was thinking more of playback even though I erronously mentioned recording.  I wis thinking more of the mix/monitor side of the recording process.

Concerning about corners where ceiling and walls meet,  are all corners must be treated? The reason I'm asking is that  the ceiling in my room has another dropdown ceiling ( near the end of the room , i guess this is where ducks and fan located). This will create four more joints (wall and ceiling)

The more corners you treat, the flatter and tighter the low end will be. It's as simple as that.

When you have a suspended grid ceiling with an air space above, the real wall-ceiling corner is above the grid. So that's a great place to stuff with fluffy fiberglass because it doesn't have to be made to look good and, if thick enough, it's very effective.
