I've had this problem many times. Seems to be an interaction problem between the site and Internet Explorer. Trying any other browser always works for me, YMMV.

thanks! I like the look of it. and it sounds very good. The speakers are 1/2 in and 1/2 out of the nook (now). I think I'm getting great imaging in most of the range but I'm getting big bass bump. I have measured the room and it's bass-heavy with a particular mode at 40Hz. I'm a little worried about that one.

Its been a long time since we had any photos here and many much nicer setups than mine, but thought I would post a few to encourage some of the new SS8 owners to post photos of Salks in their natural environment. I have had my Salks over a year now, and find I am enjoying them more every day.

Thanks.  They are from ATS Acoustics and cost less than half the usual suppliers.

Did you get the print from istockphoto or something similar?  What category does that kind of design fall under? I'm looking to do something similar.

Agreed.  The panels on the back wall look great.  But those LMS Ultras capture my attention even more so.  Is it advantageous for imaging to place the subs like you have them (for music listening)?

It is supposed to, but I'm not certain it does.  They are run in true stereo as well.  Easily the best bass I've heard though.  My setup is 99% for music.  It just happens to do rather well for home theater too.
