The HT3 finished is a small foot print tower tuned to 29hz
This design uses a single ribbon tweeter with a sealed WR125S driver built on top of a side firing Extremis driver.
With a in room responce down in the 25hz range.

Tweeter/mid: 4000 Hz, 6th order Q=0.5
Mid/woofer: 140 Hz, 2nd order Q=0.6

The parts used in the networks are Solen 400-600V with only 250v on the woofer network.
As the 180cap would be a little large to put in the layout!

I have a pair of the HT2's playing here and I love them. I can only imagine the HT3 beaut's are awesome. They will be at the Denver Audio Fest won't they Al?

As for the HT2 or any other kits being at RMAF no.
We ahve a new project coming which will be done with Danny and I will be in with GR at RMAF.
This one will be sweet.

Well cr*p then, I suppose I will just have to buck-up and get someone aroun dme (like me maybe) to get the HT3 kit and see what we hear. Of course this will have to wait until after the DIY2005 Orlando and RMAF as my wife thinks I have enough goin gat the moment and is trying to slow me down a bit. GET BACK WOMAN!!! GET BACK I TELL YOU!!!!

I don't know if it counts for anything since I'm not a buyer for you, but that looks like an incredibly attractive speaker. I mean conceptually and in terms of driver choice, not just the look. I'd love to hear a pair someday.

Yes the HT3 was a design that I wanted for looks and performance.
Slim floor stander at only 7" width and only 40" tall make them a high on the spouse appoval

Once positioned for listening those who have listened for the first time have stood up walked around and looked for the sub

When they find no sub we have to unplug the HT3 speakers from the source and only then do they become believes that no sub is running.

With a in room response of 24-25hz range the HT3 comes out very well.

We will have a DEMO pair going around soon.
Cost to listen to them will be to ship them to the next destination only applies to those in the USA.
A pre aprroved purchase will be held on a credit card untill they arrive at the next listeners location and inspected for damage.
After that a full refund will be issued.
After each person has had them for 7 days they are responsable to package them up as they are instucted and yes Instructions will come with the box to make sure they are packaged properly.

This way the cost to the listener is only shipping.
And if someone wants to keep them they are welcome and we will leave the charge applied to the credit card.

We will have more info on a page for the demo HT3 soon.

I was also wondering about a demo but I'm not in the US but in your neck of the woods (beautiful Vancouver). A while ago I read (forget me if I'm wrong) that you were holding a small GTG with the folks from CCS (or was it the other way around?) to let some people audition your speakers...Will you have something similar in the future?

As a fact I did hold a NorthWest Audio review.
We had a day were those wanting to come and listen to our kits as well as Exodus kits could come and do so.
Dan Wiggins from Adire was here as was Kevin from DIY Cable and Bob from CSS to answer any questions that people wanted to ask.

And the show stopper was

You got it correct the HT3.

As for a date in the future yes.
I will post a date when we feel ready.

I just wanted to know what your schedule is like for this week regarding a demo

I presume that you might have your hands full with the up coming RMAF but thought that I'd give it a try nontheless...

...if that's the case then I can wait when you have a bit more time after the show.

I'm interested in hearing some of your and some of Danny's offerings

Let me know...I'm pretty flexible as I'm on the road most of the week.
