Hi Jim,

What ever happended to HUSH?

The way cool circuit failed to deliver power into a resistive heater load.  So it bounced to the bottom of the pile (under CHIME, HAGDAC, HAGUSB, HAGCLK) whilst I pondered the situation.

I have been looking at another architecture that uses a forward push/pull converter to drive a center-tapped transformer with filters to produce a psuedo-sinwave.  I really want to get rid of all the high frequency harmonics.  I can also now lock conversion frequency to 44.1k or 88.2k to minimize beat interaction with the most common form of playback.

Coincidentally, the HUSH shares some commonality with the new turntable ac motor drive I am considering (code name Chestnut).  So I will probably do them at same time.  Right now, focusing on completion of CHIME DAC and friends.

jh :)
