To everyone surprise a few days a go 12Aug2026 Ritchie Blackmore at 81, entered the same stage with Deep Purple (with Ian Gillan!! with strong voice at 80yo) in Long Island at Jonas Beach Amphitheater after 33 years of parting to a single song perfornance. By "coincidence" the band was playing a show just 40km from Ritchie's house.
