Heard about this a few weeks ago on a Podcast. Among other things, sounded like there were people pretty much saying "send me "x" dollars and I'll review your product".  Human behavior

Thanks for posting. I read through all the documents. This is only one side of the story so it will be interesting to hear how this plays out.

I can certainly understand the cause for confidentiality agreements, proprietary information and breaches in contract to be of concern with partners who are less favorable than they used to be. Some of this does sound like a kid who got uninvited to a sleepover is now throwing out lawsuits though. Not sure if there was contractual obligations of for xx% discount on product we will be your exclusive distributor scenario or if it was a case of two equal manufacturers and the salesman had a preference of one brand over another. Will be interesting to hear what plays out with this. :popcorn:

Hi,

A very interesting case which doesn't really surprise me. Whilst I am no lawyer I thought the wording of the complaint was a bit basic. Anyway, the court's will determine the merits of the case.
