What's a guy going to do? The temperature is over 100 degrees, humidity is high and the monsoon storms are on the way. My solution is to have a zombie movie marathon. I have been saving these four films for this exact moment. Tucson summer's are brutal, not much hotter than many places but it keeps going for 6 months without a break.
The four "28" movies depict the collapse of civilization after the "rage virus" was mistakenly released turning humans into killer zombies. The difference between George Romaro's ghouls and Danny Boyle's is the latter run at you full speed, never stop and never get tired. And there are a lot of them.

Danny Boyle (
Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire), directed
28 Days Later and
28 Years Later, served as a producer on
28 Weeks Later and
28 Years Later: The Bone TempleAlex Garland (
Ex Machina, Annihilation) wrote
28 Days Later, 28 Years Later and
28 Years Later: The Bone Temple and produced
28 Weeks Later.
Cillian Murphy (Christopher Nolan's
Batman Begins, Sunshine, Peaky Blinders, Oppenheimer) starred in
28 Days Later, produced
28 Years Later and has an uncredited cameo in
28 years Later: The Bone Temple (although I missed it)

All four films are interconnected by the people involved and have a similar DNA but each has it's own unique style.
28 Weeks Later has a different feel than the first film with more action which can be expected as it stars Jeremy Renner and Idris Elba.
28 Days Later is more restrained (thoughtful?) and stars a young Cillian Murphy. The film chronicles his journey from a gentle, confused bicycle courier to a zombie killer is fun to watch.
28 Years Later and
28 Years Later: The Bone Temple were shot back-to-back with the same actors and are the only two films that should be watched together.
28 Years Later stars Ralph Fiennes and Jodie Comer

All four films are a bloody good time for the entire family.
