My unsolicited opinion is that over the years working on pro-audio and car speakers and on my home audio speakers, is that there is no One Size Fits All solution to Cabinet Resonance control.
Why the internal cabinet stuffing will shape directly the output sound the loudspeaker will emit, which is a personal taste according the preferences of each audiophile.
The best solution I found is to test and listen various types of internal stuffing.
As always IMO.
My personal preference is the cheap brown Car Hood blanket 15mm or 20mm(10mm dont works) in some areas of the enclosure - as behind the woofer- etc
