Encore Extremes and fansastic customer service

This is my introductory post to the GR-Research circle.

I'm the proud owner of the Encore Extremes.  I've had them for about two weeks so they are still breaking in, but I love them.  They are the pinnacle of my audiophile journey, speaker-wise, so far.  They are great in my small listening room.  Speakers disappear, soundstage is wide and deep, clarity it excellent.  And they sound great turned up - fantastic bass that punches way above their size!

And excellent customer service from Danny and his team.  When I ordered them I hit the Maple finish by mistake.  GR sent a confirmation email right away which alerted me to my screw up.  I frantically, emailed and called to ask to switch it to the Walnut option.  The folks were on it an very helpful and I even got an email from Danny himself saying "We got you covered."  And sure enough they did - beautiful walnut Encore Extremes delivered in a matter of days.  Packaging was excellent too and shipping very reasonable.

I'm very happy with my new Encore Extremes and Gr-Research!!






I've had the Encore Extremes for a couple weeks now.  Still breaking them in, but I love them.  For me, they are the best sounding speakers I've ever owned.

Welcome to the GR Research club.  Yes, Danny's speakers punch way above their price/size.
