They Will Come... Because You Build It!

T.H.E. Lone Star Audiofest Takes Place May 22nd Through the 24th, 2026

Los Angeles, CA, April 20th, 2026 – T.H.E. Lone Star Audiofest, a collaborative partnership between America’s longest running HiFi show, T.H.E. Show and Lone Star Audio Fest, will take place in Round Rock, Texas, a 25-minute drive south of Austin at the Hilton Embassy Suites, 270 Bass Pro Drive.

It will blend traditional High-End Audio, HiFi, and boutique/bespoke audio companies, showcasing the rising star brands of tomorrow… today, perfect for discovering new audio creators and auditioning affordable components. The second edition of this very unique show will feature everything from rising star boutique brands such as JWM Acoustics, PureArtiFi, Uilleam Audio, Raven Audio, et al, all the way to known industry heavy hitters such as Legacy Audio, Sonus Faber, Linn, Luxman and more.

In Addition: T.H.E. Film Festival and T.H.E. Music Festival

T.H.E. LSAF will also feature T.H.E. Film Festival, sponsored by Legacy Audio and running concurrently within the main event, in a purpose built theater room. Additionally, a new initiative from Total HiFi Experience will launch there - T.H.E. Music Festival, expected to feature 18 live music acts over 3 days, including such headliners as Grammy Award Winning Producer and Guitarist, Larry Mitchell, celebrating multi-genre original artists from the area and all over the USA.

“As we return to the Austin metro area for the second edition of T.H.E. Lone Star Audiofest, we are delighted to  expand the mission of T.H.E. Show into something far more dynamic than a traditional audio event. This year brings together T.H.E. Show, our film festival, and the debut of T.H.E. Music Festival—three experiences united by a shared commitment to creativity, innovation, and the culture of sound. Austin has always been a city that lives and breathes music and storytelling, and it’s the perfect home for what we’re building. This isn’t just a return—it’s a statement about where high-end audio, film, and live performance are headed, and we’re proud to be at the center of that evolution,” remarked Emiko E. Carlin, CEO of T.H.E. Enterprises, T.H.E. Show’s parent company.

“I can’t wait to see everyone at T.H.E. Lone Star Audiofest in May!  It’s my favorite weekend of the year!  Great audio systems, great people and great fun!  Hope to see you there!,” said Wayne Parham, owner of Lone Star Audiofest.

About Lone Star Audiofest:

Lone Star Audiofest is described as the “Woodstock of high-end audio shows,” because of its open-ended draw to anyone and everyone in audio. It has historically appealed to DIYers, passionate start-up companies and semi- retired industry experts that offer audio products and services. Lone Star Audiofest has always had a laid-back feel, where the public can explore these companies, audition their products and interact directly with company owners and engineers.

About T.H.E. Show:

T.H.E. Show is America’s premier destination for audio and culture. In addition to being the country’s longest-running HiFi trade show (now in its 30th year), T.H.E. Show operates a multi-platform media network, film festival, and record label dedicated to the Total HiFi Experience™.

Here are some of the tasty HiFi goodies to be featured at T.H.E. Lone Star Audiofest 2026.

Starting with Pi Speakers the designs of Wayne Parham, founder of LSAF.

Pi Speakers demo system will be the four Pi large monitors using 15” woofers and horn loaded midrange tweeter (https://www.pispeakers.com/Measurements/fourPi.html) and three Pi subwoofers featuring a 12" woofer in a bass-reflex cabinet tuned to 20Hz.

Such large monitors are very popular in 2026, be aware Parham perfected this architecture over 25 years ago. Wayne is also an expert in using his preferred dual subwoofers setup to both smooth and extend actual in-room bass response. Pi Speakers are sold direct with options for both kits or completed turn key systems.

Almost time. LSAF is next week, May 22-24.

Should be a good show. Either all, or all but one or two exhibit rooms have been sold, including the large rooms for bigger systems.

Hope to see plenty of folks there

Mike

Check out the The Vintage Lounge room for one of the best of show experiences.

I believe they will have stacked Acoustats in their collection of old but good equipment.
