Seems I missed the few replies here which opened an opportunity for the story to be flipped upside down without having me reacting.

No worries, I stand on my feedback : It is not professional that I had to phone Rythmik for the amps as “you didn’t have information” , information that I could have in 1 hour after phoning them only once.
Yes I told you I could wait for the connectors assuming you would be on top of it and not having me entering into a chase to have at least a date or a transparent explanation of your situation, that I got finally here….

The 2 connectors you “supposedly” shipped to me 10 days ago are still not there as of today (as I emailed you this morning…) ,
We are 100 miles from each other,….. let’s be honest !

I will not further entertain this thread/situation.
Customer experience and values are important to me and I will not reiterate any business with GR-research !

Part of retail is dealing with the public.
Little more need be said.
But I will say this, Danny has built his customer loyalty over decades around here.

Sounds like your are from a country where this could never and would never happen.  What country might that be?

I had Scott send out the connectors right away.

It looks like he sent them to the address that you gave us in California. The California address that you had us use so that you would not have to pay Texas sales tax...

I bet that is where they went.

I don't think the story got flipped on its head at all. I think you had an unfortunate experience with an otherwise stellar small business, as spoken about from the numerous other participants here. We all have our off days at the office. I have as well where a customer is expecting something and I drop the ball or don't prioritize time correctly and have to scramble to make things right. Add in the frustrations Danny mentioned earlier and you find yourself in an understandably reasonable predicament. It's a bummer your expectations weren't met, but I hardly think it warrants blasting someone's small business all over the internet. That just looks pretty petty.

Yep, we sent them out to the California address that you gave us so that you could keep from having to pay Texas sales tax.

On a good note, you saved $284.43 in sales tax by using your California address.

I certainly apologize for my employee not knowing it was not your current address.

Would you like to email me the correct address that you would like the connectors sent to, and I will send out a second set?
