Paint

I recently did some spray painting and the results were way better than I expected, so I thought I would share.

I want my equipment to look as good as it sounds.  I recapped my Bryson 2B-LP recently, and now wanted to do something about the scratched and rusty top. I figured there was no point in getting a smooth paint as you'll see the scratches and roughness right through it. So I decided to try the Hammered Finish.

WOW! This stuff is amazing...

- Paint & primer in one
- Nice glossy finish that does not show finger prints
- It hides all the scratches, and you can't tell where the rust or scrapped off paint was

I was so impressed with the top cover of the 2B-LP that I also painted an EQ that had bad rack rash. Check out the pics below.  I got this finish with one coat, but probably should have done two very light coats instead.
