Hi Danny and Team,

Is it possible to adapt an old AV123 encore cabinet to accept the updated components of the X-LS Encore Extreme?  I know the port hole is center in the AV123 ones and that might be a problem. I'd love to adapt my piano rosewood classics that I converted to encore into the Extreme if possible.

Correct, The X-LS Encore Extreme is not a kit. It is only available as a complete speaker with one of the four available finish options.

Nope. The Encore extreme involves a completely new box design, internals, rear tweeter, and HARP device.
