I apologize if this has been covered, but I didn't see anything on it after searching. My BDP3 seems to freeze up after a few days and I have to do a hard reboot. I have a rather large NAS library (8TB) and update my library every other day or so. I wanted to see if maybe I am running into RAM problem, so I SSH into the BDP3 and used TOP to see if there was anything obvious and it is only showing 3GB of memory total. There are two 4GB RAM cards in the unit. Is this a sign that one of them may have failed? Thanks in advance for your help.
