I haven't been to an audio show in 10 years. Have never attended LSAF and SWAF and would like to attend both in 2026. I would be flying from Las Vegas and preferably into Love Field as it's smaller than the DFW airport. I wanted to get an idea what hotels to stay at, should I rent a car etc. I have no intent to do any sightseeing. Just would like to attend the shows and focus on audio. Have been to Texas a couple of times, but don't know my way around.

Hi Nick,

Before the pandemic I used to fly into Dallas for the Lone Star Audio Fest.  Love Field required a plane change but DFW could be booked as a direct flight.  Less hassle. 

The show was in an Embassy Suites so that's where I stayed.  Again, less hassle.

But the LSAF merged with T.H.E Show last year and they moved it to Austin.  The photos of the show looked nice but I didn't get a chance to attend.  Not sure if there have been any announcements about this years show but it's likely it'll be in Austin again.

Never been to the SWAF but it looks good.

Thanks for the info, Barry. I was in Austin once, but only for a few days and don't remember much about it. It's worth a trip to satisfy my curiosity.
