Hello! These Evo’s are everything the company says. I currently own several hi end integrated, and always wanted to own mono blocks. I had wished newprime had a nicer preamp to use with the evo’s, so I am using a Octive 300se pre. Transparency is incredible with this setup.  Bass is the best I’ve heard in my room. I have a Krell K300i and I thought its bass was amazing. The evo’s are just so much faster. They even bettered my Pass 250 intergrated in just about every way. There are not many reviews on these mono’s, but you can’t make a mistake with these. Build quality is superb, and was surprised how weighty and solid the evo’s are.

I somehow missed your post. Nice bedroom setup!

My system seems to be your system's 'little brother'.  I have the stereo EVO STA-SE and the Holo Spring3 KTE. Actually, I have a Nuprime PRA-9X preamplifier, but I haven't connected it to this setup yet. I'll add the preamp once my EVO STA-SE has burned in for a couple days.

Any updates?

No real updates. The system sounds superb. I’ve taken the  Nuprime system down as I have 7 amps to rotate. I recently purchased a Micromega M 100 and currently running it in. I did wish that Nuprime had a matching preamp for my mono blocks.

Have you considered the Evolution DAC-2?
