Received an email today from AVA stating a credit was issued to my card.  On my cards website the credit issued was listed as "SP Audio by Van Alstine".  Can i assume this is the new company name even though it does not appear on their site?

Do you have any reason to believe AVA issued you a credit?

Check the email address it came from.
