I get a respone: "we need to run a routine email check..." It alsop says it will send a code but I don't receive a code.
Hello, still unable to get in. Maybe my account has a previous email address and nor receiving the email?
I’ve got no access to the old email. The firm above asks for my email and input on the current address can I get a code sent to the new email. If not should I just open a new account?
I am having the same problem. I do not receive a code to my email either.
