Comparing Van Alstine Omega Star 440 EXH and SET 400 Amps

Can anyone compare the sound qualities of the 440 EXH and the SET 400 power amps ? I've been using an SET 400 for a year and really like the detail and openness. Considering the 440 EXH for a second system although it seems to be considerably older.  Thanks.

I was never a fan of the Omega Star amps.  The SET amps are in another league.
