HELP!!! My main account on AC has been hijacked...ADMIN please contact

This is my second account on AC to create this message because I can't figure out how to contact AC admin directly.

Someone has stolen my primary account, and changed the password, and the email. So obviously I cannot message from that account now.

I never had this issue before so never had to go to this extent.

Please contact me.

Undertow - has been taken over and they changed the email somehow not sure how, and the password locking me out.

I found out today they posted an AD under my account as seen here -

Luckily a member here was intuitive enough to check with me on Audiogon or they may have ended up ripping many people off.

I've blocked that account, the circumstances are sufficiently suspicious to do so.

Please continue with this account. And use a strong password please.

Server Admin… how do I recover that account?

I have the last real email associated with it.

It is a FULL Member status which this account does not carry now.

It is a big problem.

Will you stop posting screenshots from other websites please, you need to just, simply, answer my questions. I'll try once more, then I give up.

Also, why did you create a second account "for personal use"? Are you a dealer?

A: I started using Undertow for sales because it matched my other Undertow accounts on sites with “Feedback” using the same name. No not a dealer.

Answers are above what else is needed?

I was able to pull up all the PM emails from Gmail on my account from undertow (Audiocircle) [email protected] for the past 10 years. I can post screen shots here, but you don’t want that evidence, or screen shots so I don’t know how to rectify this. I can give logs and dates on everything sold. Actually I have all the PM notifications from Undertow in my gmail log back to starting with this one -

12-4-2016 topic was “ FS: Bent Audio TAP-X (fully balanced)  $2500” by Captainhemo

Look at all past PMs on the Undertow account obviously you can see them , and everything when sold is directed to make PayPal Payments to : [email protected] and that is the email that should be on that account still. It is not and I am sure you can see it was changed recently likely in December.

Any PMs newer than around November of this year 2025 I don’t have the PM notifications from email because email was changed on the account so you have to understand I cannot do the impossible if whoever the fraud is has sent new PMs from the account of course I don’t know what they are as I am locked out of the account.
