AVA is a hardware company. To even think about a streamer they will have to hire software people or sub it out. JMO
This pretty much gets it right. Producing a streamer does nothing to solve the "last mile" audio concerns that AVA is committed to. (I talk more about this
here.) In addition, it's not just that software-centric products require different design expertise than hardware-centric ones; it's that software-centric products are a different kind of business altogether. So far, we're not convinced that putting our energies into building a software business is the best way for AVA to get the best sounding audio into your homes.
That said, it would be silly for us to say we'll never do a streamer.
As for other new products, we always have new things in development. They get released when they are ready and we know we can produce them in quantity. I'm looking forward to what 2026 brings.
