Here is a Bluesound Node N130 with LPSU upgrade.  This is the Teddy Pardo upgrade where the poor quality factory internal switch mode unit is removed, and an outboard Mini Teddy 5v linear power supply is used instead.  There are several vendors of these LPSU upgrades for these very popular, ubiquitous Nodes, this is one of the costlier ones but the Teddy Pardo LPS is a notably high quality LPS.

The benefit of the upgrade is pretty remarkable -- a more relaxed overall presentation, yet no less detailed treble and midrange when you listen into the music, just less 'hash and nervousness', a much deeper more solid, tuneful bass line, and a greater soundstage.  I think it is more of an indictment of how much a noisy cheap switch mode PS hurts the sonics of an otherwise well-designed piece of gear...  but with the LPS powering the unit, I can say this unit sounds excellent, easily on par with streamer/DACs well over a grand (compared vs. Auralic Vega, Lumin D2, Schiit Gungnir and so on).  I have also compared this with a Node Nano (with 5v LPS) and Icon.  They sound more forward/uptilted in the treble, a touch more textured in the mids while this LPS-ed Node is silkier, they are quite similar in the bass.  Bear in mind the Icon still has its internal switch mode supply, though they say there is 'more filtering'... :?:

The Node's the connection reliability (wifi or LAN), excellent Blu OS, various digital outs, subwoofer out, HDMI eARC, and easy Tidal and Qobuz readiness make it a no-brainer, very-cost-effective way to get into music streaming with audiophile level sound quality.

The Node and Teddy are both in excellent shape.  No issues,  The Node offered here is the top one in the photo, with the silver 5v connector.  I have accumulated three of these, as a fun little experiment I wanted to try and hear all three Node upgrade options from each of the well reputed (Israeli, Singaporean and Polish) vendors

$450 plus $40 shipping.  Cables and accessories included, as will the old removed smps.  (MSRP for the Node is $499, Teddy Upgrade with LPS alone is $450.  I am seeing used unmodded Node N130's selling for $250-300++).

Pay via PP or Vmo, fees apply unless paid as gift/friend.  Local buyers in NorCal are welcome to pick up in person.
