Hello, I've had an Epot V3 Max Balanced for many years. I admit it was in a cupboard and I wasn't using it.
I was using a preamp from HCFR (the French forum).
Since I wanted to listen to it again, I plugged it back in and flashed the firmware to make sure I had the latest version. Unfortunately, the Apple remote wasn't working, and I performed the pairing procedure as described (which is normal after a flash).
When I'm not using the equipment, I unplug it using a power strip.
When I tried to turn it back on, I had lost the pairing between the Epot V3 Max and the Apple remote.
I tried changing the remote's ID, but the problem persists.
I had never noticed this before; is this a defect you've observed? I should mention that I've reflashed both cards, and the problem occurs on both card 1 and 2.
I have another issue, but I'll discuss it in a separate post.
Any ideas?
