I’m looking for a remote for my DAC-10. Are these still available? Will a newer, more conventional one work? Thanks!

Order this remote to replace the control unit for hard to replace, out of stocks, discontinued or out-of-production products.
When placing your order, please specify the model of the product you need the remote for. We will program this learning remote to match the functions of the original discontinued remote control.  The price includes programming labor cost.

Wait, what? That thing has no labeled buttons that match the features of the DAC! I have a WiiM streamer, and Topping and SMSL DACS - all with helpful, simple, easy to use remotes. They seem like they could be used here too.

You misunderstood.  My post is for people who do not want to buy the original DAC-10 remote, or other Nuprime remotes that have been long discontinued (such as the IDA-16 remote).

The remote control codes are available on the product page for users who wish to program their own remotes

Please contact support@nuprimeaudio.com to find out if we have DAC-10 remote at the factory.  Keep in mind that that remote control is expensive ($95 USD) and the shipping cost from factory to USA is quite high, assume we have the stock.  DAC-10 is no longer in production so we might have sold out on remote control stocks.
