I caught most of the game on Fox, and it was pretty amazing. The crowd barely sat down from like the 6th on. Pitchers getting in trouble and then wiggling off the hook. I think the announcers were right, one of the best post season games ever. Both teams fought valiantly to the bitter end. Just need the Brewers to send home the Cubs.

What a game ! First pitch HR for the Jays  :o, and that was it. I guess adrenaline can carry you a long way when you've got some skill & heart. "Big Dumper" came thru to tie it up, and the rest of the way many contributed. Given the status of the pitching staff after Sunday's game their performance tonight was pretty amazing imo. Fox carried the game tonight, didn't watch it all but was in & out often. We'll get tomorrow's game, and game 7 if necessary on network. The rest are on Fox Sports here, so will have to live on the highlights. Keep on Truckin' Mariners   :D   :thumb:  Final 3-1

Yeah, certain teams have the Jays number and Seattle is one of them don't know why that is.
It is not looking good at this point 7-3.

The Dodger's Snell pitched 8 shutout innings with one hit, 10 strikeouts, and only one walk. Hopefully the Brewers will rough up Yamamoto today to even the series.

I had to look it up. It was the Angels and the Giants in 2002 for the last west coast WS with the Angles prevailing.

You had to remind me, didn’t you. As I remember it, the Giants were up by a comfortable margin in game 6, a couple of innings short of bringing home the first title since moving west.  They got too comfortable and completely fell apart.  They actually lost game 7 sometime in the 7th or 8th of game 6.  Come to think of it, that may have been about the time I quit watching MLB…
